Covid-19 and Variants Protocol & Safety

Please maintain six feet distance between you and another person at all times at our events (CAS meetings, exhibits, and classes). Facemasks are encouraged for unvaccinated individuals in attendance as well.

If you have symptoms such as a fever, sneezing, and cough, or if someone in your household is sick, we ask that you do not attend our events at the time that you or your loved one is ill.

While at our events, should you touch any surfaces (tables, counters, metal surfaces, etc.), or if you are sneezing, coughing, blowing your nose, or if you use the restroom, please be sure to wash your hands with soap and water.

If you are diagnosed with Covid-19 or show symptoms, within seven to ten days following a CAS event you have attended, please notify the Creative Art Society immediately at creativeartsociety.mi@gmail.com.

Refund Policies

Artwork purchases

• Any art purchase made during sale hours at a CAS Art Exhibit Shows and Sales is considered a transaction between the buyer and the exhibiting creator/artist. Creative Art Society retains no ownership of an exhibited art piece and therefore cannot be held liable concerning disputes including but not limited to, craftsmanship, price, and purchasing.

• CAS only provides transaction management services for the purpose of indirect artwork sales between the art purchaser and the exhibiting creator/artist. Creative Art Society retains a portion of the sale for providing this service as per the exhibition agreement with the exhibiting artist.

• During CAS exhibit sales hours artwork transactions may be made by cash, money order, and credit card. Debit card, PayPal, or Apple Pay may or may not be currently available. The exhibit artists selling artwork using merchant services provided by CAS (Stripe, Square, Paypal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay) agree to pay the sales fees associated with the transaction charged to CAS by these agencies.

CAS Uses Third-Party Payment Platform Systems for Your Safety and Security:
You have several payment options for any purchase you make through the CAS website. You may see emblems for Stripe or PayPal in our purchase areas when making a payment. Both are the Third-Party Payment Systems we use to process your payment. Stripe and PayPal take security seriously. They are both very stable and secure platforms. When you use Stripe or Paypal on our website, the credit card data entered into your payment form is never sent to our server, only your payment is sent directly to us.
